Common questions
Straight answers to the questions we get most. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp.
When do you roast?
We roast small batches every week and every bag carries its roast date. No coffee sits on a shelf for months.
How long does delivery take, and how much is it?
2 to 5 working days depending on the governorate. Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia EGP 55, Alexandria, the Delta and Canal cities EGP 70, Upper Egypt and remote governorates EGP 85. Delivery is free on orders of EGP 700 or more.
Do you deliver to every governorate?
Yes, all 27 Egyptian governorates. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on where you are, and we call to confirm before shipping.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery in every governorate. You pay when the coffee reaches you. There is no online payment at the moment.
Should I choose whole beans or ground?
If you own a grinder, take whole beans and grind right before brewing. That is peak freshness. If not, pick your method's grind on the product page: Turkish, espresso, filter or French press, and we grind your bag while preparing the order.
How should I store the coffee at home?
In its bag sealed well, or in an airtight jar, inside a cupboard away from heat and sunlight. Not the fridge. And buy enough for two weeks to a month so you drink it at its best.
What if something arrives damaged?
If there is a manufacturing fault or the bag arrives damaged, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. Coffee is a food product, so we cannot take back an opened bag that has no fault.
What is inside the taster box?
4 coffees, 100g each: plain Turkish, Turkish with cardamom, Crema espresso, and plain French. Every bag carries its roast date.
